Sourdough Whole Wheat
Not like that bland sissy “sourdough” bread sold in the supermarkets. This bread has a hearty sour flavor. We use the same process as for the Sourdough Whole Wheat bread except that we use all natural organic wheat flour in place of the whole wheat. We bake this bread in round or toaster shapes, baguettes and in dinner rolls daily.

We use all natural and organic ingredients to bake this line of breads. We bake French baguettes, rolls and round loaves daily. We are also baking various artisan specialty crusty breads. The French bread is best eaten the day that it is baked, so we bake it early in the morning so that it is at it’s freshest for lunch or supper.

We guarantee that all non-dairy soft crust breads will keep without refrigeration for 7 to 10 days when kept tightly wrapped in the plastic bag.
